Policy supporting programmes - fostering inclusive policy dialogue : linking global and local strategies
Rue Royale 180
1000 Brussels
Belgium
In this event, we want to showcase how international cooperation can meaningfully connect with local-level realities through policy dialogue.
‘Inclusive policy dialogue’ refers to the political and coordination processes that structure interactions between local populations, public authorities, and international actors. It focuses on how the Belgian cooperation can better mobilise local expertise, avoid top‑down interventions, and strengthen multi‑level governance in fragile settings. Through engaging discussions and shared experiences, participants will examine practical approaches to bridging policy gaps, amplifying diverse voices, and co-creating solutions that are both globally informed and locally grounded. This event offers a unique opportunity to exchange insights, build partnerships, and advance inclusive, responsive policymaking across all levels.
This event will take place in Brussels (ARES - Rue Royale 180, 1000 Brussels), May 19th, 2026, 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM. More informations about the programme and the registration will arrive soon. Do not hesitate to share this event with anyone in your network who might be interested!
